I was in Bedok today to meet my Mother-in-Law for dinner. Decided to take her out to Bedok Mall since I’m not much of a cook, and she deserves a nice treat.

It was getting late (8.30pm) on a weekday, so I wasn’t left with much options. Thankfully I spotted Streats Kitchen and felt that it’s been a long time since I’ve had it.

The prices were alright and the ambiance looked great so I walked right in.

We ordered Wanton Noodles, which was $7.90, which was very expansive for wanton noodles. When it arrived, I thought it was so interestingly presented, in a clean white bowl with a unique handle.

To my greatest surprise – and I didn’t expect this – the noodles were springy and delicious! The wantons were really crunchy and big as well. It was really worth every cent.

We also ordered this pumpkin side dish which tasted alrighty. It’s ok, but probably since I’m not a fan of pumpkin, I won’t order it again.

Overall, a very lovely dinner and catching up!
