1. Tri-Factor Run & RunSwim Challenge 2018

If you’re good at swimming, biking and running, the Tri-Factor Series is for you. This 4-leg event is in its 10th year running. Interested parties can sign up for any of these multi-sport categories:

1. CycleRun Challenge* (Bike/Run/Bike format)
2. RunSwim Challenge* (Run/Swim/Run format)
3. Triathlon (Swim/Bike/Run format)

If you sign up for all 3 events, you’ll become a Series Finisher at the end of the season!  Enjoy this revolutionary new triathlon concept, which makes it possible for athletes of all backgrounds to complete a triathlon.

     2. Snoopy Run 2018

Stay healthy and fit as you join Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Lucy and the Peanuts gang for a fun low-intensity run at Bedok Reservoir! Perfect for ages 5 and up.      3. SHF Charity Cup Golf Tournament

If you’re a golf lover, why not take part in a good cause? Themed ‘Wild Wild West’, the 17th SHF Charity Cup Golf Tournament aims to raise $250,000 to promote heart health in Singapore. In addition, the funds go towards providing financial assistance to needy heart patients. While you swing your clubs for a good cause, take the opportunity to also socialise and network with professionals from various industries!

     4. Twilight Ultra Challenge

Keen to try a night race and “fear no twilight”? Challenge your endurance in Twilight Ultra Challenge this July and walk or run as you wish. The concept is simple – do as many 5km laps as possible within 16 hours!

       5. Singtel – Singapore Cancer Society Race Against Cancer 2018

Join the race in saving lives! Organised by the Singapore Cancer Society, this Race Against Cancer aims to raise funds for cancer treatment subsidies, welfare assistance, cancer rehabilitation, hospice care, cancer screenings, research, public education and cancer support group initiatives. Make a statement against cancer today!

    6. Run Till Dark

Are you up for a 15km race at The Promontory? Get out and play this July at this inaugural OXFITT Run Till Dark race. As their slogan goes: “Don’t just be fit, be OXFITT!” Registration is now open and the race is limited to 2,000 participants. Sign up early to secure your slot!

7. Liberty Wave

If you are like a fish that loves to swim and swim and swim and swim, you may now swim to your heart’s content in this no-lane, no-barriers race! Back for the second year, Liberty Wave offers you the true experience of what it’s like to take on the currents in a number of swim categories. Everybody from veterans to first-timers as well as kids are welcomed!

     8. Walk For Wellness

Invite friends and family to a lovely 5km walk through the newly revamped Downtown East! Organised by NTUC Downtown East, this annual activity aims to encourage seniors to take on a healthier lifestyle. Enjoy fringe activities such as K-pop fitness workouts and BMI and blood pressure health screenings, as well as educational talks on hypertension, cholesterol, diabetes and healthy eating!
